Getting a new Lebanese passport 

A passport application.
An ID card OR an extract of civil status less than 10 years old.
Three newly issued colored ID photo, 4.3 x 3.5 cm, clearly showing the face of the concerned citizen on a white background.
An old passport.                

* If the old passport is lost a police “lost property report” is required.

Fees and costs.
In the case of a minor’s passport both parents or gardian should attend the Consulate offices with their lebanese photo IDs. 
                Fees:

AUD 818.50 Ten years (only for biometric passport) for adults only

AUD 409.50 Five years (only for biometric passport) exclusively for minors

AUD 409.50 Five years for holders of "2003" sample passports and first-time applicants

Palestinian travel document

A passport application.

The old travel document.

* If the old document is lost a police “lost property report” is required

Three newly issued colored ID photo, 4.5 x 3.5 cm, clearly showing the face of the concerned citizen on a white background.

Special ID Card for Palestinians.

UNRWA card (Bitakat Iashi).

If the applicant wishes to show the full date of birth on the passport, a birth certificate or extract of civil status showing the full date is required.

                Fees:

             AUD 82.00 for 1 year.
             AUD 409.50 for 5 years.
            AUD 818.50 for 10 years. (Only for biometric passport holders)
